Express really means...... LONG WAIT!

It has been one of those days when you truly just want to crawl up in bed and sleep..... I did get a nap today. What a Blessing it was and now I have to get moving and study for my Psy 200 test. Yippy!


Not much else is happening though. It's quiet. However. I do have one rant to share with you.

Mind you it's petty I realize but nothing is worse than bad service and quiet frankly even worse is poor management.

Wal Mart Oil express service? HA more like slow as molasses.

What was to take oh Less than hour ma'am was more like 2 or more hours. Mind you they did get the oil changed with in the hour but then to plug my tire took them another 1hr. I am not kidding you all, there were 4 of us waiting for our cars. I could have taken the tire off my car and plugged it faster than it took these guys. Mind you it wasn't just one guy who had to do all the work. There had to be atleast 6-8 guys. It was so bad we all started laughing and joking about it. Finally- as the manager came out to "supervise" the situation realizing that more than just one of us was out there waiting for more than an hour , he apologized. I finally couldn't resist and said, have you finally come to crack the whip! Ofcourse then everyone busted out laughing. We were like, Lucky for you we aren't raging mad for being told it would be less than hour and then you take 2 + hours. He sheepishly grinned and quickly exited.

I don't understand the state of our "service" in the states. It seems we would pride ourselves with good service. NO we pride ourselves on BAD service. Here we are waiting for more than 2 hours - one lady had been waiting already 2 hours and her car was not even in the bay yet. Another guy waited 3 hours. He got there at 8: 30 am.

I won't go back to Wal Mart again for a "EXPRESS" oil change.

Oh and the kicker :) ya gotta laugh- the one guy who waited for 3 hours. Went and started his car and saw oh a stream of oil come out of his truck. Yep - You guessed it, they failed to put the plug in properly!

Better start your car up from now on and let it run= get out and check under your car for any leaks... Cause if you go to Wal Mart, they may just fail to do the job right and cause you more than an hour or 2 of your day!


Now how's that for some Gripping!
