Dwayne and I went to California for a conference just this past weekend. We arrived on Saturday up in Bakersfield and found out that we were only a couple of hours from the Giant Redwoods and so we decided to go and see them. Who would have thought as we carried our suitcases up to the hotel room that we would discover that neither one of us brought our digital cameras. We also bring one!
These pictures aren't the best because they are made with a disposable camera. But it captured the moment and I'm so thankful that we were able to capture the day on film. They were amazing. It was an awe inspiring place. To see such enormous trees truly it is a must see.

Spring break is coming up in just a week in a half. - I can not wait. Then it will be study time to prepare for my finals. Oh the JOY!
