When Guy meets Father......

It is a new stage of life when our little girl decides it's time for the parents to meet the young man in her life. Hungil is a senior this year and has grabbed our daughters attention. That's not too surprising because he's a sharp guy. He's a gentleman too which is refreshing in this day and age. He came by to meet the "father' in hopes of asking to date "the father's " daughter....

Undaunted though he came and it was a good meeting. We are proud of the young man Kayla is dating and it's a joy to see she is maturing and becoming a lady in her own right.

I have to say this though it is a bit odd to think of our boys dating but even more so to think of our daughter.. It truly is coming to a close - the empty nest is truly around the corner. I know it's never totally empty but it does mark a new stage of life, for us all. Oh how bittersweet it is......
