I couldn't help but take lots of pictures of the tiles we saw - I think the thing that blew me away the most was that they were still in the ground where they were first laid. Can you imagine? It is just mind boggling to even consider the years they have laid under the earth just waiting for someone to rediscover them. They are all so beautiful and the thing that just amazed me the most was the fact that so many of them still held their color and so you could see what pieces of art they were and how much time and effort went into making their homes a place of such beauty!
